I've found Ryan from Team Sunshine when I signed up for Energy Sage and started shooting around for solar. Ryan's proposal was very eye catching with their low apr on their loan as well as other great benefits like production moneyback guarantee. Not only that the Ryan was very transparent with everything and answered my questions and helped me through the application process. Then I had the pleasure of talking to Angela on the installation side and she was also very patient, understanding, and wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions with patience and professionally while also being kind and warm in the emails. A neighbor of ours in Center Ossipee, NH was putting in a ground-mounted photovoltaic system. I was impressed that a large crew was working hard on the installation and put together all the structural framework and wiring in one day, then came back a few days later and installed all the panels, etc. and got the whole thing working. I spoke to the crew and then talked with the owner. He said that that he and his wife had originally contacted someone who advertised installing solar in NH. They had lots of communication difficulties with this person once they signed a deal and put down a deposit. It turned out this person was just a broker and had no installation crew. Finally, the broker contracted the actual installation with Team Sunshine. They strongly recommended we work directly with Team Sunshine because once they got involved, things happened immediately. Permit applications went in the next day. They always answered their phone and responded to texts or emails. Every time they committed to a date, they showed up on time with the right crew of people and things rolled along smoothly. I had the same experience. They responded immediately when I contacted them. Ahmad, my main contact, always answered his phone in person. They did an excellent job designing the system. They worked with me on coming up with a design that looked good and performs great. They specified the best panels and equipment. Their pricing was competitive. They appear to have every type of finance plan (although I paid a small deposit and then cash upon completion for mine). They gave performance estimates that have proven to be highly accurate. They sent someone to our house to check out that they would have everything needed and that the roof and electrical system would meet requirements. They handled all the permits and coordinated with Eversource, our local utility. They installed the system within two week after receiving approvals. They sent a crew of four experienced and well-trained young men who worked directly for them, including an electrician. They arrived at 8 a.m. on the day they promised to come and worked ten hours until the job was done. Everything has worked great until a couple weeks ago when I noticed through the monitoring app they provided that one panel (out of 15) wasn’t producing power. They identified it as a microinverter problem and sent someone within days (first day it wasn’t snowing) to get up on the roof, lift the panel, and replace the device at no charge. Everything is guaranteed for 25 years, but with the rebates this system will pay for itself in eight years. Every person I have met from Team Sunshine speaks highly of the company and seem highly motivated. It is great to receive statements from the utility showing that we owe no payment and are racking up credits. This system will prevent six tons of carbon dioxide emissions from being generated annually, which is important to my wife and me.
