That is no small accomplishment, because she often forgets things and can easily become overwhelmed, yet she ended the call with a smile and told me she felt supported. In fact, she specifically asked me to come here and make sure you received her 5 star review, because she wanted you to know how much she appreciated your time and effort. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and understanding, but you did, and it made all the difference. I also want to acknowledge the representative from GoodLeap who assisted as well, because together you both created an experience that was not only helpful but also compassionate. Representative has been very good about communicating with me when things are going tonhappen and when things need to be done. She has great communication skills.

My discussion today with Jhoni at the Customer Service desk went wonderfully. I had been promised information previously during the week of Thanksgiving but did not receive or at least was unable to find the email promised. Jhoni confirmed that the email had been transmitted in the date I referenced and offered to re-transmit the information to an email address of my choosing. I received the email with the information requested in a timely manner (practically immediately) and this resolved my issue. Jhoni was pleasant to deal with and sympathetic to my concerns.

Seleka was very helpful in explaining every step of the solar buyback program sign up process. She was patient with me with every question I asked and made sure that I fully understood how the process works.

They always return calls in a timely way, typically an hour or less. They also answered all of my questions and never made feel like I was bothering them. I love their customer service.
