The customer service has not been the best. I was so confused when I called in. I felt like the sales rep lied to me about saving money with my solar. I asked to speak with a manager because I just needed to talk to someone who knew what was happening and that’s when I got connected with Micah. She explained how it works like it was nothing even told me about the fees associated with my bills. I had a lot of questions but it’s like she knew I was coming. I left the call feeling satisfied and I apologize in advance because Micah is the only person I want to speak with from now on. Thank you.

Great customer service

So far my experience has been nothing but professional. They have kept all the arrangements and promises. Thanks for making it a smooth experience. I’ve always been afraid and leery of solar but this experience so far has been pleasant.

I know firsthand that she can ask a lot of questions sometimes the same ones more than once and it can be challenging for people to stay patient with her, but you did exactly that. You listened carefully, answered her concerns with kindness, and somehow managed to guide her through the conversation in a way that left her feeling reassured and genuinely helped. That is no small accomplishment, because she often forgets things and can easily become overwhelmed, yet she ended the call with a smile and told me she felt supported. In fact, she specifically asked me to come here and make sure you received her 5 star review, because she wanted you to know how much she appreciated your time and effort. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and understanding, but you did, and it made all the difference. I also want to acknowledge the representative from GoodLeap who assisted as well, because together you both created an experience that was not only helpful but also compassionate.
