Helpful team, but some communication gaps and missed planning

I had a good overall experience with the company. The installation ran into a few issues early on, but they came back multiple times to resolve everything and made sure the system was working properly, which I really appreciated. Communication could have been more consistent at times, and I wish there had been more upfront discussion about long-term energy needs and battery options — that would’ve helped me plan better and avoid extra steps later. That said, the team was courteous and professional, and I’m glad they followed through to make things right.
