SolEnergy and our main contact Roman did a fantastic job. From the initial quote through final installation communication was great. Everything happened in a timely manner and no delays or hassles. It was coordinated nicely with our local energy supplier. Two months into the system being live and I have zero complaints. The enphase app is easy to use and fun to monitor. My total energy bill, including electric and gas the month before the system went live was $296 and I just got my latest bill was just over $100.

It took 10 months to complete my install. For a while I thought that I was being scammed. I should’ve cancelled then. Instead I stuck with it and it was the worst decision I have made thus far. My project manager lacked any skills required to get my job done, abused delays through lack of communication and not knowing what my system required. I had to email in order to get approvals sent because he could get a response from service providers, inspectors or permitting. I always got a response in 2 business days or less. I waited for weeks for trenching due to his lack of setup, weather and equipment availability then found out it wasn’t even needed. My system could’ve been in use in 6 months instead of 10 had he had any idea of what he was managing. My second project manager waited 9 days to even contact me and all he needed to do was finish final work with my utilities, it took 2 days after they received payment. My system could’ve been operational for a minimum of 3 months earlier but sat unused due to incompetence. I have not received any contact from SolEnergy in response to my complaints and frustration and at this point I feel that they need to recoup for my lost energy savings at the very least. They also sent service personal into my home when I was told they wouldn’t enter my home and on days when they were not supposed to be working at my home. I am generating energy finally. Never again with these people.

Highly recommend. Cory and Jake were really great to work with. Very good communication. We are very happy to have made the decision to get solar and to use SolEnergy as our installer. We looked at one of the larger companies with high pressure sales tactics, but we felt confident about SolEnergy after meeting with Jake and Cory and prefer to spend our money locally.

SolEnergy recently installed solar panels on my new construction project. Although my builder handled the system selection and permitting details, Jake and his team kept me in the loop, and they were friendly and communicative at every step of the way. Installation went smoothly, and the system is now operating as designed. I look forward to seeing the energy savings in my future electrical bills.

This is our second time having solar installed on a house we own. Our experience with Sol Energy was night and day difference with our previous experience. They did due diligence before we committed to give us accurate information on cost vs. benefit. The design process was smooth. We love the look of the panels - sleek and minimalist. Everything ran according to schedule and we were kept informed every step of the way. We were up and running very quickly. We worked with Jake and Cory - highly recommend!
