Customer service issues

I’ve exchanged several emails and text messages over the past 3 weeks and left more than 5 messages with their answering service which picks up during business hours on weekdays after holding for some time. The yellow “maintenance required” light came on more than 3 weeks ago and despite all the reassurances that someone would contact me to schedule a maintenance call which is pre-paid according to our contract, no one has contacted us and customer service (Hayley Johnson) has stopped responding to my emails. Annual Maintenance Services

Cantor's John M. did my annual service. I had a question on last year's summary and asked him. He explained . I had watched the original Generac service man during his first visit to see what was under the hood several years ago. John M. was underway so I decided to watch. From the design stage, to reviewing financing options, and a smooth installation I couldn’t recommend Canter Power Systems more.

Perfect solar installation experience

After getting other solar quotes, I went with Canter Power Systems for my system. What a great decision! Canter's sales person explained everything about the size and operation of the system, as well as what I should expect on future power bills. Other solar companies don't feel truthful, but Canter explained it all. The installation itself only took 3 days in total. Ever since, the system has done exactly what it was advertised to do and I love seeing the daily results!
