Solcium Solar

Do not use this company!! We’ve had solar panels for over a year still not able to use them!! First they installed them wrong and we didn’t pass inspection two times !! Finally 8 months later we pass inspection, electric company switched over meter , now we are still waiting 4 months later for a technician to come out and show us everything as promised in contract !! Contract means nothing to them!!! They are filing bankruptcy as we got a letter about it today!! Lawsuits are coming!!! DO NOT fall for thier scam !!!

So far very pleased with the system and with the sales and support people.

Me encantó la comunicación de Diana, Alex y Santi en la oficina, y el resto del equipo siempre respondió rápidamente. La instalación fue genial. Lo mejor es lo práctico e involucrado que es Solcium. Una vez completada la instalación, enviaron representantes para responder todas mis preguntas. Fueron excelentes. Muy recomendable.

The installation went excellently. I didn't realize it would be done in a single day. The team that would call to give me updates was very good. They always answer all my questions, they are easy to communicate with, and I'd highly recommend them.

I'm very satisfied with Solcium's work. The follow-up has been consistent. The answers to my questions have been clear and rectified. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them in a win-win situation and to contributing to our environment.

It's been a year since I got solar with Solcium. I produced more than they promised the solar would. Sally my rep was great and helpful. Anytime I had questions we could reach out to her and she would answer. Very professional. The office would always respond within 15 minutes of my calls. The customer care after the system has been up has been impeccable, the customer experience rep Sebastian was knowledgeable, breaks things down so they were easier to understand, and he was very patient. Overall, it's been a pleasure.
