Viridis proactively responded to all my concerns and questions. They ensured my system was turned on even though I was not able to do it myself. They also ensured I was able to monitor the system during my time away until I can get the proper WiFi signal booster. They modified the original proposal to get other panels when the first choice was not available in order to meet the year end goal for the tax credit. The project moved along the proposed timeline. We are very happy.

This company had the best rates at the time with well reviewed solar products so we decided to go with them. During the permitting process (which I understand can be a nightmare with some towns) I was the one who was constantly calling for updates and even caught the them in a lie at one point. I was told they were waiting for town approval for something so I reached out to the town directly only to learn that they haven't heard from the contractor for a few weeks after they sent comments back on the town's permitting portal. Once everything was set, installation was done in two days. They left some debris in the yard and driveway and left some screw holes in my siding that needed to be addressed. With that, it took me calling them twice to come and repair it. Overall, I'd say they're average. Nothing shot them out of the park. Atmos financing was awful to deal with and messed up the account several times. Ended up just fronting the money and paying it off from our savings.

The panel i originally had wasn't available but they were able to accomodate. Pricing was very good compare to other solar companies and the quality is still very good.

Viridis had the best net cost after applicable rebates, and their cost/kWh was one of the lowest of the companies that sent me proposals. Mike and Jereme were very responsive in answering my questions and couldn't have been more accommodating. The project took about 5 months, but that was primarily due to waiting during the permitting process and inspections by both National Grid and my local municipality. My wife was home for the installation, and their install team let my wife know what they were doing every step of the way. Their team left the property clean after they were done. When I was notified by Enphase that my panels were offline, I notified Viridis, and Adam messaged me soon after that he rectified the situation.

The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Jereme was very quick to respond to every question I had and the installation of the top notch rec panels and enphase micro inverters went without a hitch. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

There were several issues with this company and my installation: - Throughput the installation, they dropped pieces of debris and leftover materials from the ceiling. Even after I contacted them to raise this issue, they did not make an effort to pick them up so we had to spend days finding and removing debris from around the whole perimeter of the house. This is really the worst service I’ve ever seen from any contractor. - There were issues during the installation that town inspector raised so they had to come back and fix them. To this date unclear what the issues were. - Upon installation one section of the panels did not work, so had to raise the issue and after several days they finally came back and installed that section correctly. - Then after several weeks I noticed that consumption always matched the output, which is weird because you would imagine that at some point there’d be some surplus. I mentioned this to Viridis and said they did not understand my concern. So I contacted Enphase directly which had great service and fixed the issue remotely. Overall l probably lost a month and a half of surplus output. I cannot recommend this company to anybody looking to install solar panels in their house. None of the above should have been issues at all! I had to spend quite a few hours understanding and troubleshooting for them. The only saving grace is a quality of the Enphase system, which is top notch, and they did have power that was superior to what other installers offered. If I were to do it again, I would try a different installer with the best possible Enphase system.
