I conducted a pretty thorough vetting process for picking the right solar installer and Bee Green won out by far. I had spoken with about 5 vendors on the phone, and most seemed like typical sales guys with no vested interest in their companies. Doug, however, was clearly knowledgeable, honest and invested in our install being a success. We were mostly amazed by Doug's prompt responses to every detailed question. My wife and I joked he must be an AI chat bot with how quick he responded with information that I separately verified. I have been interviewing 8 companies for my planned installation in the summer. Doug with Bee green has stood out above all the rest for many reasons. The first is how quickly I would receive responses to my questions. It didn't matter if I sent an email at 6am, 8pm, or even the weekend, I was receiving a response in literally minutes. Seeing this type of attentiveness let's me know I've made the right choice. The second reason is I wanted the sil fab panel because of their warranties, when I called sil fab they recommended Bee green as a certified installer of theirs. We went solar with BeeGreen Solar who installed our 9.2 kw system. What stands out to me the most was the amazing speed by which I received responses to my many questions. Whether it was text or email or a phone call, Doug works hard to be available with the answers. I also appreciated how they responded when there were snags in the process (and there will always be snags in the process). They responded with professionalism and swiftness to correct any problem that may arise. Even after my system went live, there was a small problem with how the system was reporting data. Nick was on top of things to address the problem. This type of customer service gives me confidence that I can depend on them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BeeGreen Solar!

BeeGreen Solar not only met but exceeded my expectations. Right from the initial call where I described what my requirements were, Doug answered all questions professionally and promptly got back to me on my many additional questions as I researched the system that he recommended. I wanted a solar solution that included battery backup. Doug recommended a Franklin WHP system that includes the Franklin aGate energy management device, a Franklin WP, 13.6kwh battery, an Enphase combiner box and of course the solar panels. I have only had the system operational for three months, but I can say that I am completely satisfied with its operation. So far, it’s doing everything that I expected. The Franklin app is great and very user friendly. The user interface displays all power measurements and power flow direction and state of charge of the battery. The system seamlessly directs power to the appropriate mode based on your setup requirements. Finally, they also installed the optional generator module as I have a portable generator. Regarding installation, BeeGreen handled every aspect including design, permitting and installation. The installers were great and easy to work with and the installation was neat and professional. They were receptive to my needs even as it related to the location of the equipment. I would 100% recommend talking to Doug at BeeGreen Solar if you are considering a Solar system for your home.
