iVee League Solar

I really can't believe energy sage is still listing IVEE League Solar since they went bankrupt in March. Here is my experience. I was contacted by a salesperson named Alex Rich. He was very aggressive in reducing the price of a system until it basically made no sense to say no. Alex then proceeded to delay installation for as long as he could. Telling me he had permits in place with the City of Phoenix. I called the city of Phoenix and there were never any permits submitted. Alex Rich lied to me. Alex Rich then made some promises about getting the company he was going to work for next to see if they would pick up the contract. Shortly after that he turned off his phone and has never turned it back on again. I am out $8000 as a result.

No response after Mar 2024.

My review is mixed The installation was great but the customer service response is non existent. I’ve been trying since Jan to get a response from them and no one will respond to my questions so after the install you are on your own it seems

They explained the technology, and gave me great pointers that helped my selection.

My experience with iVee League Solar has been great! I can definitely say that the company is very knowledgeable in Solar area. Ms. Briana (iVee Rep) explained all the options of the different type of payment packages that they have and really broke it down for me. I was very reluctance so I really needed it to be very clearly outlined. Overall I would definitely give IVee League Solar a 10 out of 10.

Overall the whole team was amazing to work with. They stayed in communication with me even when there were hiccups in the process.
