Knowledgable sales rep

While I did not end up choosing this company since prices were higher because of distance, their sales rep made me aware of some very important info about fire codes that I had not heard from any other companies, which ultimately helped me make the best choice among my local companies.

Installer that can bundle the things I needed

Purelight gave me a quote on the platform that looked quite reasonable. There was a little mis-communication up front about our first chat, but that got quickly sorted out. Being able to talk about roof and trees through the same company was an added benefit that I don't have to sort out myself too.

Honest advice much appreciated

Much appreciated that I got honest advice from Jon about solar in general and the ins and outs of current options. No 'too good to be true' sales tactics but straightforward advice about the pros and cons. I realized now is not the time for me to go solar, but when I do will sure talk to Purelight Power again.
