Purelight Power

This company initially was easy to work with until after the install. My system didn't pass county inspection. I asked Purelight to come out to fix the issue. All I got was excuses as to why they couldn't. Several weeks later the system is still not repaired and I still don't have an answer as to when they will be coming out to fix it.

Great customer/sales rep face to face interaction. Very thorough and informative. Great product with app monitoring system. Panels were installed quickly. Only complaint - there was a delay in permission to operate (for Alliant Energy) due to a mislabel. This involved calling the companies every week to clarify and get things rolling. In addition, when everything was ready to operate, we were not notified. We turned the switch on a week after permission to operate (missing another week of prime solar energy). Overall we missed collecting energy for 3-4 weeks of June. Just an annoying set back. It will all be worth it in the long run and we appreciate the quality of the panels and employees at Purelight.

The company did a great job marketing their product and service. Answered questions well. The actual install was quick and clean. There was a mixup over a required label on the electrical box which delayed our power company and our service by a couple extra weeks. We weren’t notified when it was okay to turn on the system. I learned a week later when I called. Other than that, all the personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. We are glad we chose this company in the end.

Chase was very helpful in helping us navigate the app for our solar so we can monitor and understand our Solar System.

Very satisfied with whole process. No question was left unaddressed. Responded quickly to any and all of our calls about issues.
