Solar battery still doesn't work

The installation was 8 months ago and after multiple visits its still not running now waiting for a replacement battery ETA another month tell they might get it

No communication during the install process or after

The install process was strange and no one communicated changes to the approved engineering plan. They just installed. Now I’m not sure if the system is on. I’ve been given no instructions or owners manual and I can’t tell if it’s working. Also, the first install failed inspection.

Great Service

The crew was pleasant and professional. The did not dilly dally or sit around. The tried to be as minimally intrusive or loud as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Super excited to go solar!
