Multiple Delays based on failed inspections adding up. Finance company is now billing me for an incomplete project. Very Frustrating.

At first, we were hesitant but glad we moved toward with having the solar panels installed by Sunwise. Our first priority was, own not lease a solar system. Leasing seems to be complicated, and we wanted the full result of the investment. Leasing panels in my opinion complicate sale of your home if that becomes necessary. Second was to choose a reliable company which will be around after the installation. Several of our neighbors selected a company which promoted leasing, and they have had minor hiccups with their system which were resolved but the company went bankrupt or was bought up by another company. Sunwise has a business strategy when the solar business slows, they rely on other related services which allow them to stay in business. Our system was sized and designed to offset our monthly utility payment. The result, we will pay a monthly bill for the cost of the installed solar system, but the solar system will cover the costs our average monthly utility bill. Our intention is to pay it off early and receive the benefit of the solar system supporting our electrical usage. The entire process was a bit overwhelming, but they are organized and systematically keep things moving and communicate the next steps. The sales team kept us in the loop and very thorough in their presentation of the system and process. They were transparent in all aspects of the process. Sunwise also works with a financial company which helps with the process but also an agreement that if our system is not up and operational by the time the first payment is due, Sunwise makes the first payment. We were delayed due to some paperwork concerns with local township and electrical inspections, and Sunwise made our first payment. We are up and running and so far, so good. It is difficult to give five stars without having some time to review actual performance over time. However, everything is working and based on how they performed up until this point I would give them the five star survey response.

Switching to solar panels with Sunwise was a good decision. The transition was very easy with the help from customer service, the installation was quick and professional, the app is very easy to understand and explains everything, it's very helpful, everyone is very friendly and professional, it was a very good decision. I would highly recommend to everybody.

Overall, I consider this a very successful project. The preparatory work to get this installed was a bit painful, in my case. However, upon completion, I can say that I am very satisfied with my savings. Both from a financial and environmental standpoint, I am very happy to have this system installed and in place.

I am happy with my choice of Sunwise. Installation was timely. Inspections were slow but the team kept me updated. Anytime I had a question the team would answer in a timely manner. Over all have been happy with my choice.
