Multiple Delays based on failed inspections adding up. Finance company is now billing me for an incomplete project. Very Frustrating.

I hired Sunwise for both a full roof replacement and a complete solar installation. My initial proposal was delivered on 03/19/2026, and my system began producing power on 07/25/2026. From start to finish, Sunwise demonstrated excellent communication, accurate timelines, and professional workmanship. Roof & Installation Quality The roof replacement was handled cleanly and efficiently. The crew worked with care, stayed on schedule, and delivered high‑quality results. The solar installation was equally smooth, with clear explanations at every step. Equipment Quality Sunwise stood out because they offered modern, high‑efficiency components, not older inventory that some installers still try to push: Solstice CTTC450HC12‑08 TOPCon 450 W panels Enphase IQ8HC microinverters These are premium components, and the performance reflects that. Financing & Proposal Transparency Sunwise provided multiple financing options, including a lease, but I chose to purchase. Their explanation of each option was clear and honest. I used AI tools to compare proposals from several companies, and Sunwise consistently offered the best combination of equipment quality, pricing, and transparency. I also used AI to review the Dividend financing contract, which is slightly restrictive, but Sunwise made sure I understood all requirements. Paperwork, Permits & SRECs One of the biggest advantages of working with Sunwise was how they handled the paperwork, which can be overwhelming for homeowners. They managed: Site plan and engineering documents Utility interconnection approvals Permit submissions Inspection scheduling SREC registration and documentation The solar paperwork process in New Jersey can be complicated, but Sunwise took care of everything and kept me updated throughout. System Performance My system is ~7 kW DC, and performance has been excellent: 31–34 kWh/day on clear summer days 27–30 kWh/day on partly cloudy days 14–22 kWh/day on rainy days These numbers match or exceed PVWatts expectations for ZIP 08232, confirming the system is operating at the top of its expected range. I’m very pleased with the entire experience.

Our sales person was low to no pressure and took us through the entire process in detail. He was kind, very knowledgeable and honest and that is why we signed on with Sunwise Energy. All of the engineering visits went well and we received our plans to submit for approval for the local and county agencies. The plans were approved without any changes being suggested by either authority. The plans were very well done and met every aspect of local and regional codes and were approved without any issues or delays. In November the weather turned bad and Sunwise was under pressure to complete the project installations before the end of the year. This lead to some scheduling confusion and delays. It was disappointing to arrange my schedule to be here for an installation crew and have it be cancelled the day of. It was usually weather related, The day the crew returned to finally finish the installation and boot up the system was very windy with some light rain off and on and snow flurries. As the workers climbed the ladders with the panels they would actually have to pause until there was a break in the wind to climb up onto the roof so they wouldn’t sail away. Finally all the panels were wired together and connected to the converter boxes and the software downloaded. At around 5:30 pm on December 31, our system was declared complete and functional. All of the workers without exception were respectful, kind, very hard working and knowledgeable about their aspects of the work. We have received our first federal rebate for having the solar panels installed.

Installation was on time, evdn had a delay due to wrong brackets showi g up but the got that tened to same day. Izzy has been keeping in contact wirh me and i can call anytime. Has been good so far
