I hired them to do solar panels and attic insulation. The solar panels are okay so far, no issues but the attic insulation has been a nightmare. I was promised fast and quick service. They sent over a guy to do the attic insulation but when he arrived, he started to come up with excuses and said they all he was told to do was to blow in more insulation. I informed him that that was not our agreement. He said he would need to talk to the owner and quickly left. Owner said he would send another guy over but I kept getting excuses on why he didn't show up on the agreed upon times. No calls, no nothing... just never showed up. After a few weeks of back and forth, I informed Ron the owner that I wanted my money back. He finally agreed to return my money but has yet to send me a check. He keeps blaming his accountant and corporate office in Florida for the mix up. It has been 8 weeks since "the check is in the mail" excuse and I have yet to see my money back. I message him everyday and everyday I get and excuse of why the check hasn't been mailed or that he is "following up" with a tracking number.

Since November, we are waiting for the annual maintenance promised. After many calls and messages for five months, still no sight of the annual maintenance. Very frustrating process for a very expensive investment in the triple digits.
