Detailed review coming soon. Second project with them due to the fact that the warranty for the solar panels would be voided if I used another company. Second project started May 2025 and it is still incomplete. Been emailing and calling to get a response from the owner without any response. 1. They have not installed the new Siemens electrical panel. 2. They have not completed the drywall or stucco repairs. (Paint also not done because of this) 3. They have yet to provide me with my check for the time my system was down, which was approximately 6 months. Please reach out if you have incomplete work because I am moving forward with litigation. installed solar and have never had enough solar to offset my electric bill. Still paying large electric bills. Last year they talked me into purchasing the batteries and those were delivered and they did not reconnect my solar, so now owe over $2000 in electric bills. They do not return calls, do not do the work needed and they customer service is the worst. I have now also been billed monthly for the purchased batteries with no solar. I would like my money refunded on the batteries and my electric bill reimbursed as they promised and have not paid the electric bill. The experience with this company has been the worst.

I have been waiting since calling May 1st, 2025 and repeatedly after to have someone come to see the roof leak and replace solar brackets. This was a new roof. Not sure they are still in business as office closed in Texas. All calls go to Arizona and can only leave message or text. All I have heard is someone is looking into it over and over. Concerned about the water damage and potential for mold growth so we may have to hire someone to remove panels and do repairs and that will not be cheap. Recommend avoiding this company.

We started this nightmare in January. It is September, and we STILL have no solar, despite being told it is all hooked up and running. You cannot get anyone to return your call. Delays, delays and more delays on installation with multitudinous excuses. 3 weeks now to attach a hardwired cable to the monitoring dongle. Also, told our old solar loan would be rolled into our new one. To date, we are paying two loans for a solar system that DOES NOT FUNCTION. Maria, be prepared for a lawsuit for all of the time, money, and a bunch of useless panels hanging on my home. I have tried to be nice. I have tried to be reasonable. I AM DONE.

My solar went down for 2 months. I called to ask why they didnt repair it earlier. The manager stated its not our job to monitor the systems. I then asked about a reimbursement and he told me to kick rocks. DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Al is a wonderful panel installer. We 110% recommend him as an installer for solar panels. He was professional, hard working, ensured his work met our expectations and left a clean worksite. He is one of the best employees we have had from this company.,
