STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!!!! THEY BOOKED ME 1 DAY IN ADVANCE WITH 2 HOURS WINDOW, NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! NO ONE CALLED!!!!! WHEN I CALLED THEM AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES THEIR PAST WINDOW TIME, THEY SAID THAT THE ESTIMATOR HAD FAMILY EMERGENCY! WHAT A JOKE!!!!! HOW ABOUT JUST SIMPLY CALL ME AND SAY THAT YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT TODAY, AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THEN WILLING TO HAVE THEM RESCHEDULE ME FOR ANOTHER DAY!!! BUT NOP!!!!!!! ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE??? TRY TO IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, AND HAVE THEM COME BACK FOR A POSSIBLE REPAIR WHEN YOU NEED THEM? GOOD LUCK DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! NOT ME!!!!!!!!!!!
