Responsive abd Very Unresponsive at the Same Time

ndoor Air installed new HVAC components a few years ago. The system itself is quite satisfactory. However it took me a very long time to realize that the company did NOT reconnect my whole house humidifier, and simply left a ball of loose wires under the new unit. When I finally contacted the company, they sent at no charge a technician out to reconnect the device, and it worked. However there was a broken part and the company offered to fix it at a fair price (around $111.00). I waited over 2 months for the company to perform the service, and contacted them by phone at least 4 times, but nothing happened and no explanation was given. I finally bought the part myself ($32). It was delivered the nex day and I installed it myself in about 15 minutes. Draw your own conclusions.
