I normally don't write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience regarding the management in the collections department which was the department I was hired for at this company. During my time there, I witnessed very poor leadership and a lack of professionalism from one of the managers. As a new employee I was treated unfairly, spoken to disrespectfully, and given little to no support to succeed. The situation created a stressful and uncomfortable work environment that ultimately caused me to leave after only a short time. It's disappointing to see such behavior go unchecked, especially from someone in a leadership position. I hope upper management will take the proper steps this time around to address these issues and create a more supportive and respectful workplace for future employees.
