NM Solar Professionals is an organization that delivers on their promise of a custom, thoughtful design tailored to your needs followed up with installation accomplished with focus on quality and attention to detail. They recently accomplished a highly complicated design and installation of solar and generator capacity on our very old adobe home. The team provided several design options and conducted all the permitting required, the coordination with our power company, and the installation in a professional and timely manner. Perhaps most importantly, the project undertaking with NM Solar Professionals established a relationship and service experience that makes us confident they will be here when and if we need help or service in the future.

I was on the fence regarding solar energy. In principle it's a good idea but I was unsure of the reliability and cost effectiveness. After seeing a neighbor's installation by NM Solar Professionals I was very impressed by the quality of work done. It was easy to contact and meet with the owner, Albert Silva, who very patiently explained all phases of the project and answered all questions regarding the technology. The work proceeded on schedule, with good communication during all phases. I now have an excellent system with the added benefit of ongoing monitoring by the company in case of malfunction. The workers were polite, professional and easy to interact with. The follow through with the office was also reliable and timely in terms of support for obtaining tax benefits.

When I finally made the decision to look in to doing a solar energy project at home, I requested bids from a few local vendors. I basically knew what I wanted but needed the advice of professionals as to what was possible within my budget. Albert from NM Solar professionals responded quickly and was willing to sit down with me and discuss possibilities in detail. After considering my past electrical usage and other important details, Albert prepared a detailed proposal to suite my requirements.. All through the project Albert was easy to work with and his attention to detail was exhibited in the precision of the equipment installation. If I had any questions, Albert was great at giving answers until i understood. The installation passed all tests and inspections the first time around with no need for any do-overs. The real test came about a week after the project was completed when my neighborhood had a grid outage that lasted about 6 hours, my new system worked perfectly. Thank You NM Solar
