The Installation of our solar panels went very well. The staff worked diligently from start to finish cleaning up after themselves as they worked! We’re very pleased & look forward to receiving the full benefits from the solar panels!

The install crew was very thorough and friendly, they cleaned up before they left and showed both of us how the system worked. We were very happy with the install.

I was probably one of the most difficult prospects Eric Dundan has experienced. I had a lot of questions regarding solar energy and it took me quite a while to make a final decision. Eric was very professional, very knowledgeable, very polite and very patient with me. He did not try to sell me on solar energy. He simply focused on educating me by answering all of my questions. We had them installed on my house, the men did a great job, very nice and explained everything to me so I understood all that was being done, and how everything would work. My home is very old so there was so much they had to do, to get it ready for the install, yet they were wonderful with all that needed done. I can't thank them enough.

When Jamal first approached my husband and I about solar panels, I was skeptical about them. He explained how they worked and how the process worked to install them. He showed us how we could save by moving forward. Jamal and the Carolina Connection team were responsive when I had questions along the way. Now they are installed and look great. I'm glad we made the decision to switch over to solar energy. I wish more people would do so.

We were both very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of all involved. I wanted a change in the roof layout just before install and they immediately changed it (I wanted a symmetrical 8 over 8 panels). We knew the owners from many years ago and knew them to have good Christian values....when the install team found out about my husband's cancer and recent chemo treatments, they even did a group prayer with him--I was very touched! We're looking forward to a great working relationship.....we also found the pricing to be more cost effective than what we had previously researched.
