Carolina Connections

We had them installed on my house, the men did a great job, very nice and explained everything to me so I understood all that was being done, and how everything would work. My home is very old so there was so much they had to do, to get it ready for the install, yet they were wonderful with all that needed done. I can't thank them enough.

When Jamal first approached my husband and I about solar panels, I was skeptical about them. He explained how they worked and how the process worked to install them. He showed us how we could save by moving forward. Jamal and the Carolina Connection team were responsive when I had questions along the way. Now they are installed and look great. I'm glad we made the decision to switch over to solar energy. I wish more people would do so.

We were both very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of all involved. I wanted a change in the roof layout just before install and they immediately changed it (I wanted a symmetrical 8 over 8 panels). We knew the owners from many years ago and knew them to have good Christian values....when the install team found out about my husband's cancer and recent chemo treatments, they even did a group prayer with him--I was very touched! We're looking forward to a great working relationship.....we also found the pricing to be more cost effective than what we had previously researched.

After months of reviewing/interviewing Solar Companies in the Wilmington NC area…Carolina Connections was far above all the others! The process from beginning to end has been just a pleasure. The sales rep. {Eric} spent a lot of time listening and providing the answers to all our questions. The installation team {Tony} was the most courteous and knowledgeable. They even took the time to explain different aspects of their work. This company is the real deal! They know what they are doing and exhibit their integrity in every aspect of what they do.
