I first connected with United Energy Partners through EnergySage last year when I began exploring solar installation. Due to personal circumstances, I had to delay the project at the time. Earlier this year, once I was ready to move forward with a solar + battery system, I returned to EnergySage for updated quotes and reached back out to United Energy Partners directly. Because of the trust and rapport built during our initial conversations, I felt confident choosing them for the job. I’m so glad I did! United Energy Partners completed the installation ahead of their projected schedule. The only delay was with my utility granting Permission to Operate (PTO), which was completely out of UEP’s control. That said, they were incredibly responsive—activating the system the same day PTO was approved. Now that everything is up and running, my system is producing even better than expected. I couldn’t be happier with the results. United Energy Partners delivered on every promise and made the process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar through EnergySage!

I started the process with them in August 2024, after confusion with the financing and multiple messages, they finally got it approved and Inwas told it would take 3 weeks for installation. I had to constantly initialize follow ups with them on status and the system didn’t pass inspections twice. Finally passed inspections in November. Here I am in the middle of December and the system is still not operational. I constantly have to send text messages to my contact there for status updates. They do not proactively contact me. On top of that, I had to update my payment plan to APS in September to prepare for solar which then increased my bill to them by almost about $500 a month from Sept through November. I am really irritated with this company. Overall I do not recommend this company.
