Since going solar, I've loved my tiny power bill. But, I noticed a sharp increase from tiny to mighty. After I freaked out, I called Teddy with Energy Sage. He made it a priority to come over as soon as possible to determine if his assumptions about my inverter going bad were correct. He handled the entire warranty process for me and I didn't have to do a thing. A couple of weeks when the new inverter arrived, he quickly installed it and my mighty bill went back to tiny. The service he provided was top notch. Fully recommend!

Teddy came out quickly and identified the problem and promptly worked with the manufacturer to overcome their many hurdles to get them to replace their faulty equipment under warranty, which they didn't want to do. Once he received the part, he was also efficient in coming to replace it and get us back up and running! Nice to have it in working order so quickly and thoroughly. Really well done, Teddy. Our inverter went out and Teddy @ Red Sun Solar helped us get it replaced under warranty in a very quick time frame. We're going to use Teddy when it's time to add more panels to our system!

We were so impressed with RedSun Solar and their excellent install of our solar panels! The owner Teddy met with us personally and was very upfront about the costs and process. He explained the rebate options and there were no hidden costs or surprises. In our neighborhood other solar installers left conduit and unsightly installation equipment on the outside Rolf the home to weather and be an eyesore. RedSun put the equipment inside our garage on the wall and ran all the conduit through the attic! No unsightly wiring or equipment showing outside. This company has installers who in my opinion are perfectionists. The recommendations they made for us were spot on for what we needed and the amount of energy generated was adequate. When I have had questions they have been very responsive and have not left us hanging. They support their product even after installation just like they promised. Highly recommend them! I was worried about getting sold a “too good to be true” solar deal but they explained things well and everything g has been as promised. Thanks RedSun Solar!
