SunState Solar Inc

We've had our PV solar system for a year now and am very happy with it and for choosing SunState Solar. We received a couple of other quotes from bigger companies but wanted to support a smaller one to ensure competition and growth in the industry. Also, SunState's quote was slightly lower than the others. We were very pleased with the entire process. Glenn Felty was professional and knowledgeable and never pushy. He was very patient as we asked follow-up questions that came up after we received other quotes. He designed our panel array so that it was not visible from the street to maintain the curb appeal of our home and sized it perfectly for our needs. His team ensured that we had all the paperwork needed for rebates and credits in a timely manner. The only delay was with the installation as we had to wait for Energized Electric for that. We felt the communication was great with SunState Solar but not as good with Energized Electric. However, in the end, we have no regrets and highly recommend SunState Solar.

It's been four years now since my Solar Installation from Sun State Solar. Their level of Customer Service was excellent at the outset and continues to be top notch. From time to time over the past few years I have had questions about by system and they have always been quick to respond. I've had a few other contractors working at my place over the past few years and Sun State by far outshines them all! (pun intended)

Sunstate installed new solar panels on my casita and fixed the faulty panels and micro-inverters installed on my home by a company that has since gone out of business. The team was overly communicative and let us know daily what was going on with the permitting and the installation process. They walked me through how to qualify and the paperwork that needed to be submitted for the tax credits. I wish every contractor was as thorough and responsive as the Sunstate Solar team was and continues to be. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
