Even though there were delays, logistical, my experience was great. Every call or email was promptly responded to and I never felt like I was abandoned to the "we are busy he'll just have to wait" category. They came out regularly even though the project could not be completed due to waiting on parts. The installation was done extremely professional. One can tell they take pride in what they do. Top notch service and expertise and you will not be disappointed.

Carlson Electric was helpful throughout the whole process from proposed savings, estimates to installation. Now we see a minimal electric bill and checks from the electric company from what they buy back.

Dave and his crew installed a solar system with batteries and backup generator. Every crew member was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of our questions. August of 2022 I signed a contract with Carlson Electric for installation of a solar PV system. During the process I was kept informed about timelines and ultimately the project was completed in June 2023. If l needed a second PV system I would use Carlson Electric. Excellent sales and support from the entire crew. Questions were answered in a timely fashion Matt, Katie, and the owner Dave Carlson were very informative and helpful.
