Freedom Energy Palm Beach

There were several follow-up items, but the installer ghosted me at the end and left me hanging. Very disappointing.

In July 2022, I contracted with Freedom Energy Palm Beach to add some solar panels to my roof and to install two backup solar batteries. In October 2022, I received a construction load and I paid Freedom Energy 100% of the contract cost/fee. Since then, after a year and a half of excuses and evasions and failures to respond to my countless emails and my phone calls, the solar batteries ($25,000 of the contract) are nowhere to be seen. There appears to be no plans to bring them to my home and install them. Again, these were paid for in full in Oct 2022. I am so disillusioned with Freedom Energy Palm Beach.

Worked with Freedom Energy over a 2 year period (during Covid) for a new house with 99 panels and microinverters and three batteries as well as generator backup and house wiring. Freedom was highly knowledgeable about all phases of the work and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them through this project.

I contacted this company months before getting ready. They helped educate me about solar panels, what they do, how they work, what the numbers mean and how to determine what FPL bills detail for you regarding solar usage. All this without being a customer. When I finally decided to get the solar panels, they were again just wonderful. I got several quotes, they were not the cheapest, they were not the highest quote. it was the consistent great customer service that put them above the rest. They are not perfect but they the work towards it. Thank you for all you did and the continuing services.

I had a big project installed by Freedom Energy Palm Beach. The Owner was very good about explaining the whole procedure. There were some scheduling delays, weather, and permitting delays, but that's "to be expected". The installation crew did a great job. Very respective of property and clean up. The company returned all of my calls in a timely matter. There were glitches "To be expected", and they were taken care of as follow up maintenance. I was so satisfied with this company that I had an additional Generac PowerCell added. I recommend this company for your consideration.

I had some concerns about working wiht a small company at first, but Greg and his team were very professional and answered all my concerns. The key to a successful installation,I think, is the team of installers knowing what type of system is needed, having the knowledge to do the install correctly, and being honest enough to do the work by the book without cutting corners. So far our system has been producing what the specs claim and we have not had any roof leaks, since the install in October 2020. They did the work during a pandemic as well, with no delays. We're now waiting to get sorage batteries or an electric car, whichever comes down in price first. Since I work out of my house, the solar panals were the obvious first choice, after our new roof. Speaking of which they offer roofing as well. We did not go solar for big money savings only, we truly want to reduce our carbon foot print as well. Oh and to be sure, we bought our system when the company name was SunCool. But rest assured I was told the name was the only change. The address is the same and if I have any questions I still call the same phone number and speak to the same people.
