Great Sales process

We stopped by the National Solar booth at the local home show and filled out an interest card. They called and set up an appointment the following week. Anthony, the salesman, came by with 2 quotes: one was for 20 panels which was the maximum that could go on our roof and have the appropriate solar exposure; the other was a more affordable 16 panel design. Anthony was very informative, answering all of our questions, and recommended that we get quotes from other companies. We decided to go with National Solar because of price, competency of design, and professionalism. Additionally, National Solar informed us of the incentives that were available, and took responsibility for requesting the state incentive for us. They also walked us through how to request the EWEB’s incentive. The Construction Contractors Board as well as the BBB ratings were both positive.

Excellent service

From the moment the sales man reached out to the moment we flipped the switch to start using our solar, we were guided through the process, never felt pressured, our questions were answered thoughtfully, and all the workers that participated in this project made themselves available to us. The install was quick (a day and a half), they have a full team and no subcontractors, they took care of the permits and setting up inspections. Wonderful and smooth experience.

National Solar Just Finished Our Solar System. Fabulous Job!!

We just had National Solar of Bend Oregon install a 30 panel system on our roof. We have nothing but great things to say about the whole team and their professional approach to the job. Everyone on the team did exactly what they promised in the bid and on time. The system looks great on the roof and is producing energy savings for us as predicted. All our questions were answered as to the install and what the process would be. We really liked the crew who were friendly and very professional. The install boss checked in with us when esthetic decisions had to be made such as where to run the conduit. The install is very neat and tidy. That is a big consideration for us. We are extremely happy with the system install.
