I had a solar system installed by Southeast Energy Solutions and have had ongoing issues with both the installation quality and communication. The system initially did not match what was specified in the contract (different microinverters were installed), and although that was later corrected, the installation itself still has serious problems. Upon inspection, I found that several panels are not properly secured and can be lifted by hand due to missing end clamps. There are also concerns about grounding/bonding and equipment securement. These are not cosmetic issues, they relate to safety, structural integrity, and whether the system meets manufacturer and code requirements. I have also documented this on video. I first reported these issues on December 31, 2025 and have now been waiting nearly three months for them to be properly addressed. A service appointment was scheduled for February 13, 2026, but the company did not show up and did not notify me about the cancelation in advance. Since then, I have not received any meaningful response despite multiple follow-up attempts. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully verify installation quality and ensure that all work meets manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.

I signed a contract to install solar on my property in Sept 2025. Giving a 15K deposit, I chose this company who guaranteed my system would be installed by Dec 31, 2025 for available Federal tax solar benefits. Now it is Feb 26th 2025, and I still have no solar.installed. This company lied about filing permits in my behalf with local county and utilies when I called worried in the middle of December that the project would not be completed. I called the local county office and utilities and they had not record of any permits applied for in my name. However later that day, someone in their office actually applied. Part of the problem was their license to operate in Alabama was not up to date. The problem was the company could sell a product or service that they did not have the license to me. Call it fraud or scam, they now want to keep up to 30% of the money for their time and efforts. Its been 5 months in the waiting, and now they want to extend it another couple of more months, I have been more than patient with this company but everyone needs to know my situation,

We were about to enter into a pretty terrible solar deal and as an auditor, Andrew asked to take a look at the proposal. He immediately saw red flags and was able to help us move away from that company and look for better options. Dakota came out this morning to answer alot of questions which we had and help with connecting to the app that would allow us to track the systems output. This is the second time he's been here. He is so personable and answered every concern that we had. He was here for 2 hrs calling for tech support when having problems connecting to the internet always going over and beyond to help.
