I’m paying more for my electric bill now that I have solar panels than when I didn’t have them .

Before getting the panels installed I had the sales rep on my door everyday, now that I have the panels and I need help with the high energy bills that I’m getting, there’s no one to help me out. Not only do I have to pay Edison I gotta pay my solar panels bill. This is a rip off. I contacted them via email and no one has ever responded.

lied &prayed upon threatened me with 25,000 lean if I didn’t give them a blank check

My entire existence was awful I could go deep but trust me, stay away Find a good local rep & installer

Company is discrimination

This company is impossible to work with. I own a home with my sister 100% and this company would not take a copy of our deed as proof. They said if two people own the home they must be married. That is such full of sh**. Just because we own our home 100% we have no mortgage so we provided a copy of our deed which shows both our names and the property address but this was not acceptable. We dedcided to go with sunnova to finish our process to lease for 5 years before we will purchase our solar panels. Plus we got a lower percentage. I would never recommend light reach to anyone who wants solar.
