EXPERIENCED TEAM. The Glow Solar team brings over 45 years of cumulative experience in renewable energy; solar system design and delivery; project management; and customer service. To ensure the smooth delivery of top-quality systems, we use experienced NABCEP-certified team members to manage every step of our projects and lead all our installations.

We are happy to answer questions about the information in your system proposal and will tell you if we think solar is not a good investment based on your needs and priorities. If you want help evaluating alternative proposals, we’ll do so honestly and make sure you understand all significant differences.

LOCAL & ENGAGED. As a Madison business, Glow knows local requirements and municipal and utility partners well. We are close by, happy to help, and can be on-site quickly if you need us. FAIR & RESPONSIBLE ECONOMICS. Glow provides fair pricing and makes sure every project captures all available savings and credits from applicable state and federal incentive programs. We feel that financing offered by solar companies very often is not in the best interest of homeowners - so we don’t provide it. If you are interested in learning more about financing options, we’ll be happy to recommend well-qualified lenders for your consideration.

PROTECTION & PEACE OF MIND. Glow’s commitment to our customers doesn’t end with installation. Glow provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on our installations and all system components carry long manufacturer warranties – most are 25-year. We monitor all new systems remotely to make sure they continue to operate properly and are always happy to answer questions. In the unlikely case of an issue, Glow can provide troubleshooting and service support – at no charge for items under warranty.
