Nedes has just completed the installation of my solar panels and getting my home running on solar every thing went smoothly and just as explained . Mike Brown the project manager kept me informed throughout the whole project. He took time to explain everything ,regarding the permits that were required and the inspections. Everything was done on time as he said it would be. The installers were efficient and kept me informed as to what they were doing. They did a excellent job of keeping the work site safe and clean. Most important there were no unexpected increases . They did what they said they would and at the price quoted. I would highly recommend them to family and friends

I received the quote from NEDES and Ahmad was great to communicate with. He didn't pressure me at all and was patient while I was going through all of the information. I had plans to install a battery with the panels, but Ahmad told me that I really didn't need it since I rarely have power outages so I really appreciate that he's not just trying to sell me as much equipment as possible. The quote was very competitive and they seemed very knowledgeable and reading through their reviews, I felt very comfortable choosing them for the install. Mike was my project manager and was good with communication during the install. I would get nearly daily updates from him on the status of shipping and applications. The installation was quick and mostly complete after 2 days. Afterwards, we found issues with sloppiness. The installers broke an attic panel and didn't mention it and claimed they didn't know they broke it even though they had to put it back in place. They did not install the critter guards properly leaving entire sides uncovered and gaps in the corners and worst of all, they drilled a hole through the corner of a bedroom through the drywall and crown moulding to run the conduit from the attic to outside and again claimed to not know they did it. https://photos.app.goo.gl/seU7mL7M7JdhhWPH6 The attic panel and critter guards were fixed pretty quickly, but when I brought the hole in the room to Mike's attention and it took a little over a week to get the process started for repairing it. Once things got started, our room was restored to its original condition. Overall, NEDES did a good job managing the installation. The subcontractor they used for me was really sloppy and careless could have been faster to respond to the hole in the room and their subcontractor was really disappointing. If you choose to go with them, I would keep a close eye on them during the installation and make sure they're taking the proper care to not damage your house.

Owen was our project manager who kept us on track and apprised of all developments. Delivery took a little longer with all the demand but they honored their electric bill guarantee even though the delay wasn’t their fault. Great company!

My contact was Ahmad, I had loads of questions for him, and he was courteous, explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. The included Align Solar Protection was incredibly important for us. Installers were professional, efficient, considerate and precise. Our PV system functions perfectly and it is a thing of beauty too! In addition to the system setup and installation, Mike made sure all post-installation steps were easy and completed accurately. SREC registration with automatic system reporting (effortlessly get paid for the energy you make). Align Solar Protection Lifetime System Function and Production Insurance. This PV system is a big investment in our future. Our goal for our home is NetZero both for environmental and personal financial reasons. Thanks to Nedes, my wife and I will completely power our home and our mobility (EV car and eBikes) with the sun! Our Appalacian Power Bill will be the rock bottom minimum for the rest of our lives (currently $8.86 per month - and that includes, heat, AC, all appliances, lights, electronics, vehicles, water heating ... everything).
