I wish There was a negative 5 I could post … I am extremely angry not only with the company but with the law that allows this company to Rob citizens and elderly people without recourse.. after I discover this company filled for bankruptcy this lying witch of a person conniving deceitful and venous excuse of a human been by the name of Kathleen lied thru her teeth promising me I would get solar with no upfront cost from her Surf Clean Energy solar company .. BUT… before anything could happen it would cost me 7500$ to fix the electrical panel given to me damaged from the previous owner.. Kathleen was all fake and smile in making me believe this was my only option and after sending me these links that had issue going thru she convinced me to Zelle the money by breaking the payments into 3.. after sending 2500$ / times I decided to look into the company .. she continued to lie in her syrupy southern drawl .. being I had shared some private personal issues with this pig I had built some trust and blindly moved forward with the last of the payment .. only to be contacted by the electrician who was supposed to have done the job to inform me that he had applied for a permit to do the job and can I in turn help in closing the permit .. People ??? What stupid loophole allows a company to do this to hard working individuals … Solar was supposed to reduce our carbon footprint and help the world heal .. I think this loop hole should be sit down .. Kathleen back in jail where she belongs and taking the whole administration of that company to prison with her .. this is pathetic .. and I will not rest until I see the people paying for their crimes .. I am sure you all have a rationale for what you are doing, but it has a simple old fashioned name .. it’s theft and you are all professional theives and law enforcement ought to get involved immediately.. The electrician informed me that they were 100s of customers suffering my same fate .. PEOPLE .. are we gonna sit or are we gonna stand for this .. We signed a contract in Aug25, it is now Mid June 26. They installed the panels and the electrical box but never installed the critter guards as per the contract. I received one text telling me the job was done. They don't answer the phone or text messages. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Surf Clean only stated they didn't forget about us but never contacted us or finished the job.

Called to get an inspection for my underperforming solar system got appointment, cost was $500, and they requested a 50% deposit, and don’t take credit cards (seriously sketchy). I offered them a 10% deposit ($50) which they agreed to, via Zelle. On appointment day,they did not show, did not call, and did not reply to my voice and text msgs to Nick Z. Following day they tried to reschedule, but I had decided to use another company. $50 Deposit was paid April 16th, it’s now May 11 and it has not been returned, and Nick will not answer my calls.

Surf clean energy arrived at my home at 7 o’clock November 11, 2025 they removed the panels placed them in my backyard and worked very efficiently and the job was completed by 945

Surf clean energy salesman said I would be paying no more than $200 dollar a month for my solar but I ended paying double, having to look for a part time job to be able to afford the payment on the loan by mosaic, after calling and pleading for some resolution, surf energy salesman fabricated my loan application stating that I make triple than my actual income in order to get the loan application approved and having me stuck with a bill I can barely make payment to, everything was going well till I received my actual monthly payment.

Work was fast and friendly crew very professional
