I can’t recommend CellSun highly enough. I am a huge climate tech nerd, and had a million questions for Cameron and Marlis when looking for solar quotes. They both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. The whole process was very smooth. In stark contrast to other solar organizations (sadly) that are constantly calling, nagging, and trying to sell aggressively in a spammy/predatory manner, CellSun lets the technology sell itself. They simply answered my questions in a professional way with expertise that made me feel comfortable and informed as a customer. It was a real pleasure working with Marlis at FF Hitchcock for my solar project. She was very professional, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job educating us about the world of solar. There really were no questions left unanswered! From the first meeting with Marlis to installation day with Cameron and his team, the process was seamless. The timeline was about 75 days from initial meeting to contract, then installation, and finally powering up after the necessary approvals. I will refer FF Hitchcock to all my friends who are considering solar--I have that much confidence in them.

Have been dealing with Marlis Lovelace through EnergySage for a ground mount solar system. I repeatedly stated that I only want a seasonally adjustable ground mount system however she continually fights me and says she wants to "educate" me on why a fixed system is best. Sorry, no, it isn't. There is a 30* difference between summer and winter. This is my money and I want what I want. For an $80k+ system I will get what I want. But no, she wants to fight me every step of the way and insists I don't have any idea what I am talking about. She has never visited my property. She doesn't know what shading is there and what shading isn't. Google Earth images are outdated and I know my property. She doesn't. Terrible customer service. She doesn't listen to the customer needs and instead tries to install her own vision.

I first met with Marlis to help me understand solar and she was excellent. My husband and I were looking at solar for a long time and she made it easy to understand and why we went forward. Not to mention they represent the best solar panel to purchase. I would suggest meeting with this team, they were all excellent. Install was fast/clean/excellent too! Highly recommend.

There are not many solar companies out there that will provide you with Marlis and her team at FF Hitchcock will. Not only was Marlis exceptional at answering all of our questions, the install team was so nice and professional. You will be very happy with your project from this company!
