Simple Process, Great Experience

I had Zero Homes replace my gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. The experience was easy -- no one needed to come to my home, it was all done with my smartphone. Their customer service/sales reps were friendly and excellent. A 3rd party hvac company installed the equipment, and my Zero advisor ensured that the work was done to code and that my concerns were addressed. After the install, they took care of all the rebate paperwork and I ended up with a great price as well. Great experience overall, and I'm now one step closer to a fully electric home. Highly recommend!
