Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction Clause:
If a customer has any concerns or complaints about our work, they must notify us within 48 hours of job completion. We will have the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If the customer does not provide this opportunity, they waive their right to leave a public review regarding the service.

Sparky Electric & Solar Warranty Policy
1. Limited Workmanship Warranty
Sparky Electric & Solar guarantees the quality of our electrical and solar installations. We offer:
1 year warranty on workmanship from the completion date of the project for electrical only installations.
10-year structural warranty on solar installations under the Solar Energy System Restitution Program
Manufacturer’s Warranty → Required by law to be honored by manufacturers, typically:
Solar Panels: 10–25 years
Inverters: 5–12 years
Batteries: 5–15 years
Coverage Includes:
✅ Proper installation of electrical and solar components
✅ Defects in workmanship that lead to failure or improper operation
✅ Repairs needed due to installation errors
Exclusions:
❌ Normal wear and tear, abuse, or misuse of installed components
❌ Damage caused by weather, fire, flood, or other external factors
❌ Work performed by unauthorized third parties after installation
Sparky Electric & Solar Roof Penetration Warranty
At Sparky Electric & Solar, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our solar installation work. We provide a 10-year limited warranty on all roof penetrations made as part of your solar energy system installation.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to roof penetrations that result in leaks or damage directly caused by our installation. If an issue arises due to our work during the warranty period, we will repair the affected area at no cost to you.

Materials and methods will meet or exceed industry standards

Fast, reliable support if issues related to our work occur

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover pre-existing roof conditions, normal roof aging, damage from natural disasters, or modifications made by others after our installation.

2. Manufacturer Warranty on Equipment
All equipment, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, electrical components, and other materials, are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are subject to their terms and conditions.
