Of course the business process was more lengthy but the process went exactly as described with great communication through the entire of said process. As the title may allude to, inevitably our HOA blocked us from getting solar. Our northern facing/shaded rear roof wasn’t going to do much good so Grayson did his best by exhausting every effort with our HOA to find a solution but even side roof planes wouldn’t suffice for them. Was very impressed with his efforts when all odds were stacked against the situation. Although we were unable to go solar, we have been able to send him some referrals for his efforts. I’d come to expect sales people to push the sale regardless but Grayson was adamant about not putting us in a situation that would be worse than current, with the steepness of our rear roof and a lot of shade, he urged us to put a hold on pursuing solar until there was a solution to our HOA. Do not hesitate doing business with Grayson, he’s as honest and determined as they come!

My husband and I had been wanting to cut down the costs of our electric bill for quite some time but we didn’t know much about solar until we reached out to Grayson for a consultation. He was very attentive and professional during the consult. He answered all of our questions in a way that we understood and made us feel more comfortable about the process. We look forward to working with Grayson again in the future!
