Incredible Solar Service and Knowledge!

Incredible experience and responsiveness for our solar panel and battery issues. Our original installation revealed a significant lack of quality control and integrity. After installation, our inverters would go out about every 6 months and the system would be highly variable and not reliable. After changing inverters 3-4 times over the past few years, I ultimately engaged OceanHeadSolar to evaluate the entire system. The findings of our electrical strings were not up to specs and lacked the appropriate number of MCI units per string. OceanHeadSolar repaired the strings appropriately and we are optimistic this will resolve all the inverter failure issues. Kapena was always responsive and thoroughly explained all the details and remotely monitored status changes with implementation of better wiring. Gail appreciate all the support from your company and team. Will highly recommend your services without reservations. Mahalo nui loa!
