We are local, we treat you like family and grow organically thorugh word of mouth. Our "Broker approach" allows you to have access to multiple banks and always get the best option available. We provide the best option and you make the choice!
On average it takes around 60 days from start to installation. Utility timelines and local townships may vary and impact the timelines.
Everything depends on your situation and stage of life. We generally recommend purchasing the solar, or a PROPEL Pre-Paid, for the best long-term financial returns. However, a $0 down PPA reduces your rate instantly with no upfront investment required.
A Power Purchase Agreement allows a customer to go solar at no upfront cost, and just subscribe to the power for 25 years at a locked in rate. The production is guaranteed and warranty and insurance are covered by the solar company.
The answer is yes and no. At Ecoloop, we are able to help you build any solar system, including off-grid system, which do not have to be connected to the traditional utility. However, depending on your municipality, it might not be allowed.
Ecoloop will inspect your roof before anything, if the roof is not suitable for solar we will not be able to install unless it is replaced. After install any issues would be covered by our workmanship warranty for up to 10 years.
At Ecoloop, we have access to any and all equipment available in the market. Generally speaking, as of July 2025 we are using RECs and Q-Cells for panels, and Enphase and Solaredge for inverters. But we are open to explore more option at your request!
Our headquarter is located at the Atrium Plaza in Danvers, MA. Our warehouse is located in Woburn and we have satellite locations in Framingham and Fitchburg. We invite clients to come visit and meet our team!
Truthfully, everything will depend on your needs and situation. Top contenders in 2026 would be: either a QCELLs Enfin 0% PPA or Pre-Paid Lease with Concert Propel, but we have many other options to compare against.

Very Helpful so far

Very helpful, so far. We're just getting started with design & work permits. Luiz has helped us understand a variety of options and associated costs, moving quickly to meet key deadlines. Some post contract additional costs came up, but they're able to keep to the original costs.
