Xzeres turbine failure

It was good when first put up lasted 5 years broke a bolt on one of the blades. Been looking for parts to fix for 7 years no parts to be had. No response from any one no call backs no return emails nothing no customer service at all unless some one ever gets back to me with some better news I wouldn’t recommend
