This Mobile Terms of Use sets forth the terms and conditions of EnergySage’s text messaging programs.

Overview

If you opt in to receive informational text messages from us, you can expect to receive texts relating to services you have requested, such as product information and appointment reminders.

If you opt in to receive promotional text messages from us, you can expect to receive texts relating to products or services we think may be of interest to you.

Opting Out of Text Messaging

You can cancel your participation in a text messaging program at any time by replying “STOP”. We will then send you a text message confirming you have been unsubscribed from this program. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us relating to this program. If you later want to re-join this text messaging program, you will need to reply “START” or “UNSTOP”. If you want to cancel your participation in both of our text messaging programs, you need to reply “STOP” to each program.

If you need assistance or experience any issues with a text messaging program, you can reply “HELP” or contact us at hello@energysage.com.

Message Frequency

If you opt in to receive informational text messages, you will receive approximately 1-10 messages per month.

If you opt in to receive promotional text messages, you will receive approximately 1-10 messages per month.

Delayed or Undelivered Messages

Neither EnergySage nor your wireless carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or from you. If you have questions about your data or text plan, please contact your wireless provider.
