Their approach is going against the grain where nearly every company selling heat pumps pushes the expensive mitsubishi systems rather than the more efficient, but less expensive Fujitsu systems.

Once I made the initial deposit the Project Manager did an excellent job of communicating what was going on. The expectations the Project Manager set in the beginning were very clear and he set a timetable for when the work would be completed and they finished the install ahead of schedule.
