Sunergy Systems

Love our solar panels installed by Sunergy! We've now had them for 1.5 years, and our power bills were very low throughout the summer. I'm obsessed with checking how much solar we produce on any given day. The system seems pretty efficient. The app is very solid in the info it provides. Highly recommend this company!

Sunergy did a great job in all aspects of the process, from initial phone call, sales, scheduling, installation, and final commissioning. They really went the extra step during the survey with accommodating all of my requests for the exact placement of the different solar module sections and the routing of the conduit. The installers did a great job protecting the house gutters from the ladders, wore safety equipment the entire time (I've had past contractors not do so when on the roof), and they noticed some debris blocking some vents and cleaned it out while they were up there as well. Every question I've had afterwards they've been quick to reply to. If you're looking for a smooth process and superior service and craftmanship, then Sunergy is worth them not being the lowest price.

Great people to work with. Have had our affordable, efficient and excellent performing system for 5 years. We have neighbors who are equally pleased. The system has already paid for itself (~ 4 years) and then some.

Normally I don't leave reviews, because I've found most workmanship jobs around my house to have been... adequate at best, and thus forgettable. Well, Sunergy are not most solar businesses. I interviewed six different providers on the path to solar, and Sunergy not only provided a layout that made far more sense than any other provider, but the solar production numbers were also higher (not inflated - just simple math and smart layout design). Inspection by the City of Seattle was organized by Sunergy to be completed the same day the job was finished, and the on-site team (Chris, Matt, Devin, Tim and Co.) along with the initial sales/accounts peeps via email (hey, Jaime/Briana/Janine!) were speedy to get the ball rolling. That I even keep track of names is testament to the fact that these are real people that work well together, and made a real impression. At NO point was there any push to go solar. I was just provided with good data to make the decision for myself after reaching out. Super thrilled with my setup which was as professionally installed as you could ask for - far surpassing my expectations. Amazing that I have a full array in three days, connected to the grid and generating energy from the sun. Thanks, Sunergy team - you are a pleasure to work with!

My wife and I have been very impressed with Sunergy Systems from our first experience with their intake department, sales process, and installation... but especially with the after-install support! They value their long-term customer relationship and every time I've reached out to them, such as a simple question or when having changed internet providers to get our monitoring back online, they have been prompt and extremely helpful! We've referred multiple friends to Sunergy who've all had excellent experiences as well.

I hired Sunergy 6 years ago. Originally, they did a good job, but here are the problems I've had since the install: 1.) Leaks! There was water intrusion into the inverter!! They "fixed" it by drilling a weep hole. I don't know about you, but I'm *still* concerned about high voltage and water in the inverter! 2.) Leaks in the roof. They do not have proper on-call processes in place when their office is closed. I notified them about the leak and they were only able to get someone to the house to take a look 2 weeks later. 3.) They tried to skirt around their responsibilities to fix the actual damage in #2, and only wanted to put some caulk on the leak. Then they proposed an obviously sub-par (but cost-effective for them) solution to prey on an uninformed homeowner. 4.) They clean your panels with soap that has caused permanent stains on the panels. It has probably caused some loss of production due to this. Given my experience, I can no longer recommend Sunergy Systems.
