Horrible company and customer service

Took my money, used a third party installer and when the system BROKE - THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left numerous messages and they REFUSE to return my calls. After $25,000 dollars, I am left with a non-working system and no customer service. They use some sort of ROBO-CALL system where you can NOT contact a live agent and can NOT get your system repaired - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

SolarEdge is a Single Point of Failure

The most important thing to know about SolarEdge inverters with respect to competing technologies is that they are a single point of failure. That means when the inverter fails, everything else goes down with it and you have a roof full of solar panels that are nothing but ornaments. We had a SolarEdge system installed on our residence 6 years ago. Since then we have had about six one-month down periods caused by software or hardware issues with the SE7600H inverter. One warranty replacement so far. The remote monitoring capability of the SE7600H inverter turns out to be rather useless. SolarEdge is, in my experience, quite incapable of offering any remedy apart from "have a site visit from your installer to troubleshoot". This is easier said than done, as it is hard to find an installer that gives any priority to after-sales service. If things don't get better soon, I'm going to get frustrated to the tune of $20K and replace all the SolarEdge with Enphase. At least then the panels won't be sitting up on the roof doing nothing 10% of the time.

Inverters keep failing

Two inverter failures in seven years - need I say more? Customer service is poor - they try everything they can to not send warranted replacements.

SolarEdge customer service STEPPED UP and took care of me

I've been the unfortunate victim of some failed inverters. When I connected with the Escalation team at SolarEdge they took a deep dive into all that has transpired. They have agreed to replace the two defective units and handle the instillation. We are grateful for the care and support.

Solar Edge is a scam

They are liars with the worse costumer service. This is the third time my inverter is broken. No solar production and you have to pay the loan and the cost electric bill and also a technician from your pocket They take about a month to replace the inverter. Years ago they didnt have inverters to replace. Dont do bussiness with this company dont waste your money, Dont trust their promisses. Scammers they are. My phone 773 543 2534

No customer support

We have been installing SolarEdge for years and unfortunately there products are failing and so is there tech support. Not happy with SolarEdge leaving the installers to figure out the manufactures issues. Will not be pushing solar edge products moving forward.
