Workmanship Warranty
25 Year Warranty:
Solar States offers a 25-year limited warranty on your entire solar photovoltaic solution. The first 10 years come with a full bumper-to-bumper Solar States workmanship warranty on the installation. The following 15 years will fall under the specific hardware warranties of the manufacturers. Solar States will provide the labor to rectify any issue for items listed below during the specified 10-year workmanship warranty period.
-Roof penetrations, electrical/mechanical work, and conduit attachments.
-kWh solar output measured by the installed revenue grade meter device of at least 90% of the original rated output through the first 5 years, and at least 80% of the original rated output through the first 10 years, so long as there have not been any meaningful changes to the site as defined by the installer.
-This warranty includes parts and labor for defects caused by the installation.
***Installer will assign to client all manufacturer warranties on all system components and shall assist client in handling any manufacturer’s warranty claims with the manufacturer.
