Solar Optimum

I'm currently in the process of going solar with Solar Optimum. The journey so far has been very smooth from my initial call with the sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable in helping me determine the design as well as relocation of my main panel and where the battery storage would be installed. I'm currently in the design and permitting stage. I'm very excited to have my system installed before the end of the year. Everyone that I've interacted with at Solar Optimum has been helpful and they are keeping me in the loop of where my project stands at any given week.

Solar Optimum Guided me through the process of selecting and building me a great home electrical and storage energy system. I had a great sales rep who kept me updated regularly throughout the process from start to finish. Product delivery and installation was completed in one day. Solar Optimum assist in the help to get financing though I decline for my own. Outside of city inspections, electric company inspections and permission to operate, my experience with Solar Optimum. was great. I am sorry I waited so long to start solar installation.

From the beginning to the end, the customer service was horrendous. Don't do it. I'm dumbfounded by the number of 4+ reviews when my experience was the total opposite. The communications and the commitments were the worst aspects of the project with this vendor. Read your contract in detail and hold them accountable within the contract terms for meeting deliverables. The process that they lead is agonizing and the antithesis of customer service. I'm just glad its over.

All of our interactions were efficient, professional, and helpful. I'm grateful for their help in my research and going through the whole process overall.

Solar Optimum exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best solar solution for my needs. They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The installation was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. The crew arrived on time, worked cleanly, and treated my property with respect. Everything was completed exactly as promised, and the system looks great and performs flawlessly. What really sets Solar Optimum apart is their customer service. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and even after installation they remained responsive and helpful. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about long-term customer satisfaction, not just making a sale. If you’re considering going solar, I highly recommend Solar Optimum. They deliver quality, transparency, and peace of mind—everything you want when making an important investment like this.

I had a great experience working with Solar Optimum, especially Mason Brown. Mason was incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. We ran into a couple of snags with permitting, and weather delays also pushed parts of the project back, but Mason handled it all exceptionally well. He consistently kept everyone informed, coordinated next steps, and made sure things were completed as efficiently and timely as possible despite the challenges. His communication, follow-through, and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend working with Mason and the Solar Optimum team.
