Didn’t Deliver and No Refund

Blue Raven/Sunpower promised that they would install before the end of the year to get the tax credit and they couldn’t deliver. I requested a refund after canceling and they said that it would be issued within 10-15 business days. Months later and I still haven’t gotten my refund and they tell me to just call customer service. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company but buyer beware!

Great company to work with FABULOUS customer service

I chose Blue Raven for my solar system in large part due to Aaron Partridge. Aaron is customer focused and listens to what the customer wants. He was very responsive and walked me through the process step by step -- and hand-held when I needed it (which was more than once) Blue Raven handled the entire process -- from start to finish - but Aaron was the one that explained the process, followed up with me within 24 hours -- often less - if there was an issue or question. I highly recommend Blue Raven (now SunPower) as the company to use for solar. They are extremely professional, highly competent, and customer focused. I recommend Aaron highly. Anne

Excellent and clear communications

We are 1/2 way through the installation of a Blue Raven (now SunPower) solar panel+battery backup installation, and I wanted to say how pleased we have been so far with communications and rapid problem-solving. Aaron P. in marketing has answered endless questions from us with clarity and patience since we started getting quotes. Today the electrician, Joseph out of Colorado Springs, brought up a technical limitation early on Day 1 of installation. Joseph, his boss (another Aaron out of Windsor), and Aaron P. worked with us on options for solutions and we came up with a slightly revised plan for battery back up that is very satisfactory and should not delay the project more than a day or so. We will report back when the system is up and running. We also especially like the power output guarantee that Blue Raven provides, that none of the other companies we interviewed would offer. Be sure to ask about that guarantee.
