Lotus Energy and Solar

Lotus Energy and Solar has solved our battery backup system problem. They came out found the problem and returned with the part. We are pleased with the office staff by being so patient and courteous with us. Thank you for all you have done for us.

We are very happy with Lotus’s work. When they first arrived at our house our system was barely operable. They informed us that our system was wired incorrectly. When they returned a week or so later, they had all the parts they needed to fix the system. They explained everything to us and then fixed the problems. They were always courteous and on time, very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

When we first decided to go with Lotus for solar energy, we really didn't know much about what to expect. Through the entire process they were there to help, including finding a bank loan with no interest and even insurance. We would call often for help because we didn't understand something and they would send someone out that would patiently go over the situation so we could understand what was needed and how to keep things going correctly ourselves. They would also continually call/email our electric company to keep us informed about the meter being back ordered. It has been almost 2 years since installation started and we couldn't be happier with the service. We even received credit back from our electric company this month for all the energy we have put back to the grid for 2023, and on top of that, not having to pay for electricity for 10 months out of that year. It is a great investment for today and the future.

The installation and service has been, for the most part, of high quality. Some parts had to be replaced early, not sure of the cause. Maybe a small problem with the parts supplier. When a correction needed to be made service personnel worked with determination until I was satisfied with the results. Lotus has a good group of people working for them.

Lotus is a wonderful company to get solar from! Everyone in that office was very communicative with us and made us feel at ease throughout our whole process. They are the best!

Lotus Energy & Solar installed the newest Generac technology solar system on my house. I have 3 inverters and 2 battery backups and I produce more solar energy than I use easily. It was professionally installed and makes me totally independent from the electric grid. My system actually overproduces but I am okay with that since as gas dryers, cars, etc. break in my house I will convert to all electric and never have to worry about paying an electric bill other than the connectivity fee. It is a better solution than a gas back up generator and once fully installed automatic operation for the most part for the next 30 years. It’s a good investment and I don’t have to worry about hurricanes or power outages since I produce enough for full house back up with the addition of the two Generac batteries. I would recommend Lotus to install your solar system, everything looks incredible and you don’t even see the solar panels from the front of the house. Customer service is great and they are very responsive to your needs. It is a huge tax write off too and since my roof is dark brown metal, you hardly even notice the panels on the roof. After full install I am 100 percent satisfied with their work and the Generac solar generating plant I have now. Even if the grid goes down, I am 100% up and running.
