We had a heavy storm on Friday and our power went out for about 2 hours at The UPS Store. When it came back on several electrical outlets were not working. I called Keith at Vaccato and arranged for him to be here on Saturday morning. He quickly noticed the problem was the breakers that had been turned off and we did not noticed. All power came back on, and he even corrected the timer for some of my outdoor lighting. Best of all, I tried to pay, but he said there was no charge. A simple gesture that goes a long way to show his professionalism. This is very hard to find nowadays. The problem was resolved in 5 minutes, so Keith did not want to take advantage of a customer. Rest assure that for all my electrical needs, I only have one place to call. You guys are the BEST!!!!! Thank you!!!
