Wonderful company. Excellent service. The whole process took about 2 months from quote to design refinements to installation and PTO (permission to operate from utility company). The 6 kW system is producing all the energy as specified in the quote. Sungenia provided answers to all my questions and took care of all the paperwork with the city and utility company making the whole process easy and fun. After coordinating a complete roof replacement, Sungenia installed 24 panels in a smooth well managed operation. All members of the company are extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions subsequent to installation. Mike Snell has a well organized professional operation.

Sungenia has been a great company to work with from the very beginning to the end! It was recommended by my co-worker who has done extensive search on different options in San Diego. I've also done research and have obtained several quotes, and Sungenia's price and service/warranty were one of the most competitive, if not the best, I have received. What really made me decide to go with Sungenia is Michael's (one of the owners) breadth of knowledge and great communication - speed of response. He was always there to respond to a number of questions I had concerning the technology, billing, maintenance and calculations on long term savings via email, text, and over the phone. Eric and co-worker did the installation in one day and showed up exactly as scheduled. Don was also there to double-check the installation and has met with the city inspector to finalize approval and connecting to the grid. The whole process since installing the panels to feeding into the grid took less than a week! They also set up a hardwired Ethernet connection into my modem so I can monitor EACH solar panels performance over time, which is not something many companies will do. Everything went smooth and fast. They even didn't charge me at the end for fixing a few small issues with previous wire connections in my electric box! Kudos to Sungenia!
